We are a family business, a Father and Son who have been through the process of buying a place in Spain.

Having our own place has developed another aspect which we never considered would arrive when we started to rent our apartment to family and friends. That is renting other property and selling property in the Costa Blanca area of Spain.

Since we started our search, we have met many people who have provided valuable information, we have also found people who would sell you anything, they would bus you around with numerous other couples all looking at the same property, all wondering if the one you like is the one the others like, this just leads to pressure to buy.

We had spent many hours on the internet looking for just what we wanted, finally, we went out to Spain armed with some property information and a map. That was when our luck changed, we found a number of properties which met our criteria and it moved from there and here we are.
