This is a 2 bedroom apartment with heat/air conditioning which was new in September 2006 and is located on the outskirts of the small Spanish Village of Algorfa which is situated between Alicante and Torrevieja and just in land from Guardamar.

The apartment consists of Lounge/diner with table and chairs, sofa bed, coffee table and Sat TV, music centre and play station 1 with games. There is some music and books for those relaxing times whilst sitting on the terrace looking out over the orange and lemon groves soaking up the sunshine after an exciting day around the area.

The bedrooms both have two single beds and fitted wardrobes.

The kitchen has all you need for the self catering break. It has a full cooker with 4 ring hob, fridge/freezer and a microwave. dish washer It even has a teapot.

The utility room is complete with a washing machine.

The rental includes linen and towels, but does not include beach towels.

The apartment has combined heating and air conditioning for your added comfort.

Algorfa

The village of Algorfa is a quiet village with a population of about 2000 and we find them very friendly, a wide range of bars, shops and resturaunts. The historic church on the outskirts of the village is well worth a visit.

The village in in the centre of a large citrus fruit area and in every direction there are orange and lemon groves.

Rush hours is rarely more than 5 cars at the traffic lights.
